WHAT'S THE IMPACT ON YOUR ALFRESCO?
Hyland is moving forward with sunsetting Alfresco Content Services (ACS) versions 5.2 and 6.1.
ACS 5.2 and 6.1 product versions' end-of-maintenance date is Monday, February 28, 2022. At this time, Hyland will no longer provide the current level of support to ACS 5.2 and 6.1 users. Customers are advised to migrate to a more recent ACS version before this date to avoid an interruption of their support.
It is recommended that customers using ACS 5.2 or 6.1, upgrade to a more recent product version, such as ACS 7.0.1 or 7.1 on-premises or in the Alfresco Cloud. In addition to using a newer version, users will benefit from fully supported solutions and a high level of platform security.
